GIVE TODAY

You can double your impact on our students by making a gift today!

Over the last 50 years, Summit School, Inc. has changed the lives of thousands of students and their families. As we have evolved through the years to meet the educational needs and demands of the children we serve, we have continued to be a place of hope and opportunity for the at-risk child.

The support of our donors and partners remains significant to Summit's growth and allows us to come alongside our students and provide programs and resources relevant to each individual.

Every gift is an investment that helps Summit empower a child.

When Michael, a high school student, struggles with disappointment and perceived failure, he finds an empathetic ear and gentle guidance from a teacher as they work through his frustration together. This short bit of personal interaction in the hallway allows Michael to regroup and return to his classroom where he can continue his work in a frame of mind ready for learning.

Down in 6th grade, Kaitlyn is always eager to learn, but her mind and her body aren’t always in sync with her plans. By working with her support team at Summit, Kaitlyn has learned to take a sensory break whenever her frustrations build. As Kaitlyn visits the sensory room to address her needs, her classmates are able to continue working uninterrupted until she returns.

In Summit’s Early Learning Center interruptions are turned into learning opportunities as staff works to help the preschoolers develop their social/emotional skills. For Jake, an excited three-year-old, his behavioral struggles often interfere with his learning. With a new parent education program in place, Jake’s family will have additional opportunities to reinforce what he’s learning at school as they do fun activities at home and elsewhere.

Meeting children where they are has always been paramount in Summit School, Inc.’s programs. Throughout our history, our donors and partners have been part of the Summit team, making each student’s success their success as well.

Join our team today! Make a gift that will bring hope and opportunity to hundreds of students like Kaitlyn, Michael and Jake, now and for years to come.

Thank you!
